Healty Food For Your Baby - Nowadays there are quite a lot of healthy food for babies sold in supermarkets. However, these foods have a package with the other, and usually the price-would be too expensive. But don;t worry, there are also foods that are healthy for babies and affordable to your pocket. Also these few baby food is way better for your beloved baby because these few food does not use some kind of preservatives ingredients.

 Avocado

Avocado is a fruit that contains saturated fat. fat composition is also not similar to breast milk. The trick, try to combine the mashed avocado or soft with other foods such as cream cheese, porridge, apple, and others. Things you need :
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 packed Cup Cale
  • 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice 
First, Place the kale in a steamer pot and steam for five minutes, or until it easy to crushed.
Two, Place all the ingredients in the Baby Bullet and puree until smooth. Serve it for your baby.

This recipe is great for baby because avocado is nutrient-rich fruit and with kale added, it will boost the vitamin and nutrient for your baby!

Broccoli

Broccoli has lots of folate and calcium content. Broccoli is also a vegetable that can be used as a vegetable that can fight cancer. Broccoli also increases appetite baby. Ingredient :
  • Half cup of Broccoli

I will share a puree recipe of pumpin that perfect for the nutrients your baby needs in a day.
Ingredient :
  • Few pieces of ripe pumpkin, maybe 3 or 5 pieces. Diced it
  • 1 Medium banana
  • 1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Ground Ginger (this is optional ingredient, if your baby don't like it don't add this to recipe)
 Place all ingredient intu 1 and blend it until & blend it until puree

That's it. The nutrient of pumpkin combined wih banana & cinnamon will fits the nutrient needed for your baby.
